1. Return Period

Customers worldwide may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• In resalable condition

3. International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our third-party payment processor.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, contact us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
